Description
Believed to be Owen Suter’s Furniture but did not find official marking. Chippendale style corner cupboard in mahogany with a dark reddish-brown high-gloss finish. The upper section features a projecting molded cornice over two inset paneled blind doors that open to an interior with three fixed shelves. The lower section consists of two matching paneled doors opening to a two-shelf interior. The cupboard is fitted with eight solid brass H-style butterfly hinges and inset keyhole escutcheons. The unit is supported by a shaped bracket base with a decorative scalloped apron. The interior features a lighter contrasting wood grain. No maker mark is present.

Condition report:
The cupboard is in very good overall condition. The finish remains consistent and retains a high gloss. There are minor surface scratches and faint signs of wear consistent with age and domestic use. The interior surfaces are clean and well-maintained. No keys are included.
