Description
A small round occasional table constructed of mahogany. The circular top features book-matched figured veneers and a dark-stained border. The edge is finished with a carved rope-twist molding above a decorative apron with a repeating foliate and scroll motif. The table is supported by a central turned pedestal heavily carved with acanthus leaves. The base is a tripod configuration of three cabriole legs, each with acanthus carving at the knee and terminating in a scrolled foot. There are no visible maker marks on the piece.

Condition report:
The table is in good condition with signs of age and use. There are visible nicks, scuffs, and small chips in the wood and finish, particularly concentrated on the legs and around the scrolled feet. The top surface exhibits minor wear and light scratches consistent with its utility.
