The mirror plate is clear. The reverse of the frame is sealed with a brown paper dust cover and is fitted with a braided metal hanging wire for wall mounting. No labels, maker’s marks, or signatures are present.
31.5 x 39.5 inches.
Condition report:
The mirror and frame are in good condition. The frame shows minor surface dust and light wear to the gilded finish consistent with age. Fine craquelure is visible in the composition ornamentation, particularly within the deeper recesses of the corner crests. The mirror plate is clear without significant scratches or silvering loss. The paper backing on the verso has a small tear in the upper right quadrant.
