Description
A set of six hand-wrought pewter tumblers or small drinking vessels manufactured in Indonesia. These items are crafted from Banka tin, featuring a minimalist tapered form with a subtly hammered and hand-finished surface. The base of each vessel contains several marks including a stamp with an oval cartouche above the words HAND-WROUGHT and MADE IN INDONESIA. Below this is a winged mark containing the number 150. A secondary stamp features a five-pointed star followed by THE BANKATIN / WITH FORMULA 60 / NON-TARNISH / NON BLACK. Each piece also features a hand-incised signature in script that reads Suwono.

Condition report:
The set is in good vintage condition. The surfaces show a characteristic matte pewter patina with visible signs of use including light scratches, minor scuffs, and small nicks consistent with age. There is minor oxidation present on the interior and exterior surfaces.
