Description
A Madame Alexander ‘Meg’ doll from the ‘Little Women’ series, featuring a plastic or hard plastic body, blue sleep eyes, and blonde synthetic hair styled in an updo, partially secured by a black hairnet. The doll wears a period-style costume comprising a full-length red and white vertically striped dress, a white ribbed apron with ruffled eyelet lace trim, a red bow at the neck, black shoes with bows, and lace-trimmed undergarments. A fabric tag sewn into the dress reads: “LOUISA M. ALCOTT’S LITTLE WOMEN ‘MEG’ By Madame Alexander, N.Y.U.S.A. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.” A gold-toned hang tag attached to her wrist reiterates “Madame Alexander MADE OF FINEST PLASTIC CAN BE WASHED.”
