Description
A vintage Madame Alexander ‘Alice in Wonderland’ composition doll, featuring the ‘Margaret Face’ mold. The doll has a hard plastic or composition head and limbs with painted green eyes and red lips. She wears a reddish-brown synthetic wig styled with a grey ribbon. Her multi-piece outfit includes a taupe-colored dress with puffed sleeves and white lace trim, a lighter-colored overdress or apron with additional lace detailing, white knitted stockings, and black Mary Jane-style shoes with bows. The doll is presented on a metal stand. Attached to her left wrist is a green clover-shaped tag inscribed "Alice in Wonderland ALL RIGHTS RESERVED." Two light blue rectangular tags on her right wrist, from "DOLLS & MORE…", identify her as "Alice Margaret Face H.P." and are dated "7/86" with the number "607" and a value of "$42500".
Approximately 17 inches (43 cm) high.

The doll appears in good, well-preserved condition with minimal visible wear to the clothing or doll material. Some minor age-related discoloration may be present consistent with vintage items.
