Description
A vintage walking stick or drill cane featuring a long, tapered shaft constructed of a dense, polished natural material, possibly bone or marine ivory. The shaft is characterized by a warm yellowish-cream patina and exhibits fine surface pitting and checking consistent with organic material and age.
Total Length: 36.5 inches.
Condition report:
Fair to good condition. The shaft shows surface staining, checking, and natural pitting. The silver-toned cap is heavily dented and deformed. The metal ferrule displays significant oxidation, including verdigris on the brass components and surface rust on the steel tip.
