Description
A pair of highly detailed porcelain floral sculptures by Boehm. The larger piece features a light pink chrysanthemum with white mock orange blossoms and buds on a naturalistically textured brown and tan wood-effect base. Its underside is marked "Queen Victoria’s ROYAL GARDENS (Kensington Palace) 1988 BOEHM E 317 Chrysanthemum and Mock Orange." The smaller sculpture depicts a white Christmas rose accompanied by green leaves and red berries on a grey-brown wood-effect base, marked "Boehm 121 AMERICAN EXPRESS Christmas Rose MADE IN U.S.A." Both pieces are rendered in a realistic, delicate style.
Larger piece: 11.5 inches long
Smaller piece: 6.5 inches long
