Description
A naturalistic, polychrome-painted resin or composite material statuette group, identified as Terry Redlin’s ‘Back to the Sanctuary’ produced by The Danbury Mint. The piece depicts a woodland scene with three deer – one buck with antlers and two does – set against a simulated snowy, rocky, and mossy base. Two broken tree trunks are incorporated into the design, one bearing a small sign carved with the English text, “NO HUNTING BY ORDER OF SHERIFF DEPUTY.”
Measurement: 9.5 x 9 IN
Condition report:
Good overall condition. Minor surface dust and cobwebs are visible, consistent with age and display. No apparent chips, cracks, or repairs observed.
