Description
11 x 13.5 A large Talavera Mexican pottery two-handled urn, fashioned from earthenware with a vibrant tin-glaze decoration. The piece displays an intricate design in cobalt blue and orange/ochre on a white ground, featuring stylized foliate scrolls and prominent, oversized floral motifs. Two decorated loop handles are applied to the shoulders, and a patterned band of repeating leaf-like elements encircles the base. The visible underside reveals an unglazed terracotta-colored rim. No text or maker’s marks are discernible.

Good overall condition. No apparent chips, cracks, or repairs observed upon visual inspection. Minor surface wear consistent with age and handling may be present.
