Description
A comprehensive multi-piece dinnerware and tea/coffee service set by Fitz and Floyd, in the ‘Red Dotted Swiss’ pattern, also known as ‘Red with Small White Dots’. The collection is made of glazed ceramic, identified by a label as a mix of “Fine China and Earthenware.” The predominant style is whimsical and retro-inspired, featuring a vibrant red base with white polka dots. Several plates display a central design of a yellow flower in a red polka-dot pot. The collection includes various sizes of plates, bowls, mugs, a lidded teapot, lidded sugar bowl, and creamer. Visible markings on the reverse of a piece include a “© FF” maker’s mark and a paper label identifying the manufacturer as “FITZ and FLOYD,” confirming it is “Hand decorated,” “LABORATORY TESTED TOXIC SAFE,” and made in “JAPAN.”
