Description
A Rosenthal Monbijou hand-painted porcelain plate, featuring a heavily scalloped and frilled rim with molded beadwork, all finished with an iridescent mother-of-pearl luster. The central field is adorned with a hand-painted floral motif, likely an orchid, in shades of pink, yellow, and green against a lighter green background with a delicate dotted pattern, bordered by a dark foliate design. A red script signature "Thüring" is visible within the floral decoration. The reverse displays a green maker’s mark consisting of a crown above intertwined "R.C." initials, followed by "MONBIJOU." and "BAVARIA."
